At least two active reps with a manager responsible for quality.

E&O, GL, or other coverage where required by market or channel.

Sales organization FAQ

We use a hybrid lead model. Your team can work self-generated business, and Xtact may route qualified inbound opportunities by market, capacity, and performance. Org lead allocation rules are documented before onboarding.

Xtact holds install and service. Your org runs the sales team; we supply design, permit, install, and monitoring.

Org-level chargeback and split rules are written into the partner agreement before any rep starts selling. We tie them to clear events like cancellation, failed qualification, or agreement breaches.

Metro exclusivity is earned by performance, clean files, and consistent volume. We can protect markets for strong teams, but we do not promise blanket exclusivity before proving fit.

Customer-facing proposals stay under the Xtact Solar install and service standard. Co-branded sales materials may be approved in select markets after onboarding.

Your principal contact controls internal assignment for self-generated business. Company-routed opportunities are allocated based on territory, rep availability, speed to contact, and past file quality.
