The back end

What you get when you partner with Xtact.

Questions

Sales rep FAQ

We use a hybrid lead model. Some reps bring their own pipeline, and Xtact may route qualified inbound opportunities by market, availability, and performance. We document exactly which leads are company-generated before you work them.

Xtact holds the install and service relationship. You run the sale; we run design, permit, install, and 25-year monitoring.

Chargebacks are disclosed in the partner agreement before onboarding. They are tied to cancellations, failed qualification, or agreement breaches. We do not bury the rules in fine print.

Yes. If you're newer to solar, we'll pair you with experienced closers on joint sits until you're ready to run your own pipeline.

Territory protection is market-specific. We avoid stacking reps on top of each other, but exclusivity depends on volume, local demand, and whether you are working self-generated or company-routed leads.
