Go solar without buying the panels.
Xtact builds the system, keeps it running, and sells you the power it produces through a PPA-first home energy plan.
ppa-first services
We do not sell a pile of equipment. We build a lower-cost power plan for the home.
Most solar pages make the homeowner choose between panels, batteries, chargers, tax credits, warranties, and financing before the basic question is answered: will this lower the power bill without creating a new maintenance problem?
Xtact answers that question with the PPA first. You get the solar system, monitoring, and service path without needing to buy the panels upfront.

what the PPA can include
Solar is the core. Battery and EV charging are planned around it.

Rooftop solar
Black-on-black panels sized around your bill, roof shape, shade, and utility rules. The goal is not the biggest system. It is the right amount of power at a better rate.

Battery storage
Storage can be built into the plan when outages, time-of-use rates, or backup needs make the math stronger. We show it as an option, not a forced add-on.

EV charging
A Level 2 charger can be planned with the same electrical load review, so the driveway does not become a separate project six months later.
why we lead with the PPA
The PPA solves the part that usually makes solar complicated.
Buying solar can still make sense. But a purchase asks the homeowner to carry equipment cost, repair exposure, lender assumptions, and resale questions. The PPA removes most of that friction: Xtact owns and services the system, and you buy the power at the rate shown in the proposal.
| Decision point | PPA path | Traditional purchase |
|---|---|---|
| Upfront cost | Usually $0 down | Cash or loan can mean a large purchase or new debt. |
| Who maintains it | Xtact monitors and services the system | Owned systems can leave repairs and performance risk with the homeowner. |
| What you pay for | The power the system produces | Loans make you pay for the equipment whether production is perfect or not. |
| Why it is simpler | One rate, one system, one long-term service path | Ownership can still be right, but the math takes more assumptions. |

how the offer is built
Everything starts with the bill, then the roof, then the contract.
We start with what you already pay.
Your current bill tells us the target: how much power to offset, where the rate pressure is, and whether the PPA can beat the utility cleanly.
We design around the real constraints.
Roof planes, shade, service panel capacity, interconnection rules, and state PPA availability all affect what should be offered.
You see the plan before the pitch.
We show the solar-only path first, then battery and EV add-ons when they make sense. If a loan or cash purchase wins for your situation, we say that.
The system stays our responsibility.
Design, permits, installation, monitoring, and service are tied together so the homeowner is not chasing a different company after install.
service standard
The PPA only works if the system keeps producing. That is why service is part of the offer.
A low rate is not useful if the system underperforms and nobody answers the phone. Xtact ties the design, permit work, installation, monitoring, and service responsibility together.

next step
See whether the PPA beats your current bill.
Send your address and bill. We will model the PPA first, show battery and EV options only where they make sense, and tell you plainly if another path is better.
