Most install partners start as approved contractor crews. W-2 roles may open by market as volume grows. Either way, the structure is written into your agreement before you take a job.

Xtact pulls permits as the installing contractor. You execute per our plans and photo checklist.

Xtact supplies the major equipment, racking, plans, and job packet for standard installs. Any market-specific exceptions are confirmed before dispatch.

Service areas are assigned by market, crew capacity, and license coverage. Tell us where your crew is strongest and how far you can travel without hurting job quality.
