Every Xtact system includes monitoring through the equipment app your system uses. You can see what your panels, battery, and home are doing. We watch production too, so issues do not sit unnoticed until your bill changes.

What you see on your phone.

Real-time production.

Live kW output. Today's kWh. Lifetime kWh. Per-panel production (microinverter installs) or per-string production (string-inverter installs).

Consumption + grid flow.

You can see how much power you produced, used, exported to the grid, and pulled back from the grid. With a battery, you also see charge level and whether it is charging from solar or powering the home.

Alerts.

Push notification if production drops more than X% vs. expected. We get the same alert. Most of the time we've already filed the warranty claim by the time you open the app.

What we watch in the background.

Production telemetry watched daily.

Our team has dashboards on every system we've installed, with thresholds tuned per array (climate, shade, panel make/model). A 2% drop year-over-year triggers an investigation. A panel-level fault triggers a same-week truck roll.

Truck roll on our dime.

If the issue is a manufacturer warranty claim (panel, microinverter, battery cell) we file it on your behalf. If it's a workmanship issue (loose connector, racking shift) we fix it free under our 25-year workmanship warranty. Either way, you don't pay for the truck or the labor.

Production guarantee.

If your system underproduces compared with the modeled output after weather adjustments, we review the cause and the remedy. The details depend on your contract type, and we spell them out before you sign.
